Background – This example is from an actual Law enforcement investigation, wherein 38 FIRs were filed against 11 senior officers of a failed bank, for allowing overdrafts facilities worth millions of Rupees to a group of companies, with total disregards to RBI Norms and to the written instructions of their CMD and Executive Director.
